If they're posting pictures of their breasts then I say let them, if it keeps them entertained.
It's their choice if they want their cleavage obsessed over by pubescent teenage boys from around the world.
If it breaks the rules, in being researchographic, then it should be banned, as any researchographic material is. This isn't the place for that. And the image in question is much tamer than any of the pictures that have been posted without complaint/banning in the Hot Girls topic.
And having seen the topic, it's just a top-down cleavage shot. It's hardly a "lad's mag" image.
