so basically what happened was that i was fighting with my brother not Real fighting. so i jumped onto him to fight him and we were on the sofa and then we fell of it and i hit my head really hard on the floor.  so i saw a large white view in my eyes and then i saw a black view and then i saw everything again. I almost fainted and i fell wired now and i fell all dizzy

Hospital now.
Not joking.

Hospital now.
my head just stopped hurting. why would i really need to go to the hospital

yes of course you should go to the hospital because you bonked your head on the floor when you were already near the ground

ughhh only go to the doctor (not the emergency room unless you've got something seriously wrong with you like loss of motor function) if you've got a headache after a day and it's not getting better

When things around you blur out or white out, that could be signs of a concussion or other injury. Not totally sure but I think it is.

Concussions can be deadly.
Please, it would be better off being sure nothing is wrong. If your dizzy/sick, that's a bad sign.

Internal bleeding!

You probably have an abrasion on the part of your brain that handles vision, which when left unhandled will develop a cancerous tumor due to it's unstable cell structure.

people get knocked out all the time, it isn't anything serious unless it was a really hard blow against a solid surface and he's still feeling bad after sleeping for a while

Internal bleeding!

probably not

It's Lupus

Likely a concussion.

Not if you're lucky, though.

A concussion is a pretty serious issue, and they're rather easy to get. Though it's not likely he got one.
