I have horrible internet, and I want to know how to improve it.

Do I pay more money every month, or is it the wirrless router I have.

What is th deal here?

Depends, I always thought it was my stuffy ISP until I realized our router is the thing that sucked turd. Probably your router.

Once I got the new router our speed improved by like, 20MBPS.

New router helped me a lot. If it's the ISP then get a new ISP, or you may just be on one of their lower quality plans. Most cost effective = move closer to the router , or hook your computer up to an ethernet cable.
