Well you bought GTAIV on steam. Did you just assume windows live games just appeared where needed?

Vincent, Windows Live is a failure. It required me to get a key for a free game.

Send an email to Microsoft and tell them what happened. Its worth the shot.

Contacted support and told me that I should get a email in 3 days having answers and information for my problem.

GFWL and steam basically work with each other, or I would have to DL GTA on that client without steam.
