They abandoned all of those story lines in BO2. The only thing with the numbers was with Petrenko, and that didn't matter much. And all Reznov was was a deus ex machina with a line equating to "hi."

I would recommend Black Ops 2. I dunno what everybody else is complaining about I thought it was a pretty good game.
