What drawing tablet should I get for 150 dollars?

As some of you know, I said I'm going to get 200 dollars for bringing my grades up (which I did) and I'm considering to get a PS Vita, is it worth this money?

I hear some good things such as built in wifi and hosting (i think thats what my friend said). But I also hear some bad things such as heat. Is it worth the money?

yeah its worth it just for the fact that the games are so amazing

my favorites:
allstars, uncharted, gravity rush, and littlebigplanet.
and theres 3 more amazing games coming out this year
Killzone Mercenary (just watch the trailer omg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ycF7AozMYmk), Sly cooper, and Soul Sacrifice

also it acts like a smartphone too except without the calling part

I got $50 once because I had like 2 E's in 6th grade but then 7th grade I had all A's
