I mean I hate anime for the most part but a few I really liked. Ghost in the Shell, Paranoia Agent, Cowboy Bebop, Big O FLCL, Case Closed, and Lupon the third. Though they were all on Adult Swim so I feel like they're pretty western.

These are the shows you should watch, OP.   Ghost in the Shell has literally the most impressive animation for any particular series I've ever seen.

no, but this isn't like a hell on earth or anything, and I don't see that it was necessary to call him a "forgetwit" and imply that he's "loving handicapped" over something like that

Honestly, the story is neat, but the thing that really caught me was Canti.  He's literally one of the coolest robot designs I've ever seen.
