You can't nuke the USA. George Bush had a huge network of anti-ballistic missiles set up along the coasts with their sights trained on North Korea, China, Russia, and Iran.

And just in case you're ignorant and don't know otherwise, exploding a nuke in mid-flight doesn't give you a nuclear explosion. A nuclear detonation is an extremely precise and intricate process, exploding the entire thing with conventional explosives will not set it off. What will you will end up with is a useless rocket with a bunch of weapons grade uranium that will descend rather harmlessly towards the ground.

it may violate UN treaties and it definitely goes against FDR's, Teddy Roosevelt's, and Washington's warnings

well unless it's much better than Israel's "Iron Dome" defense system (which i'm pretty sure is the same as ours) they only managed to stop 1/4 of the missiles fired at them in the recent missile attacks from Palestine and Gaza

but maybe the much longer distance will help?

i didnt read that article, 7 pages is too long and most of what I had read in the first few pages was political babble about budget
