And then beyond that it is a picture of a breast, full and clear. Even if the breast isn't the main point of the image, it's still there.

It should be pretty obvious that an image of a breast with maggot-like parasites burrowing into it should be considered gross by many.

It's up to you. Badspot can see previous edits anyway. But if you fear people will report you for it, then it's probably best to remove it to so fewer people do.
