Can two people with the same key play online?

My friend bought BL and his brother wants to join him. They are at the same house and have the same external IP but they can't join. Did this feature get removed?

I can't say I know if the feature was removed, but I do know that certain servers (mine included) have scripts that prevent a client connecting twice under the same ID. This is often because stat saving systems can produce unpredictable results when multiple players with the same ID are online.

He is trying to connect to Port's Racing gamemode server, does Port have an addon that does this?

I think Port blocks that on his server.

On most servers though you can connect multiple times.
