I can think that electronic music isn't real music if I want to. It's virtual music. I think of real music by the reality of the instruments. If it's virtual, it's electronic, but I still regard it as music.

take a quick look at this, and please rethink your answer.  All music is music

All music, at its core, is just a collection of notes artfully places in an arrangement that sounds pleasing to the ear. The medium the artists chooses to express those notes is how we arrive at different genres. You can take any song that is of the dubstep/edm/dance genre and translate it into a piano song or a guitar song or a percussion-only song if you wanted to. That's why I find it so mindlessly stupid when people stuff on genres of music as not being "actual music" All music is music.
