Just because your ping is dead doesn't mean people still can't connect. I've connected to servers with no ping and got on successfully.

The hacker is right, did anyone tell you that they can't join your server? Also are you hosting a dedicated server or not?

You could have some bad add-ons that are preventing the server from working. Load only default add-ons on the server and see if you can join. If the problem is fixed, then it's a bad add-on that is breaking your server.

Make sure your IP Address and DNS are obtained automatically.  If you're following the old Port-Forward method, then this may be the problem.

X-Plane try hosting a non-dedicated server and see if anyone can join that. If that doesn't work then try hosting a non-dedicated server with only default add-ons. Tell me if either one of these fixes the problem.

Host a non-dedicated server and have people try to join it. After a while, quit Blockland and go to your Blockland folder, if you are a PC user, go to My Documents, Blockland. Using the default Blockland forums attachment's, attach your console.log file onto your post. I can see if I can find the problem through that.
