As others have said, befriend anon, people like that usually want nothing more than a friend, but don't be pushy with it, don't assume she's weak, helpless and alone and try to strong-arm your way into a friendship with her under the assumption that she NEEDS a friend, that could make her feel like you only want to be her friend out of pity, such a hollow friendship would cause nothing but pain, even if it's only hollow because she perceives it as such, make sure you go about it naturally.
Also, don't do what others are saying regarding the huge bitch, with people like that the best way to deal with them is to, quite simply, ignore them completely, never look their way or respond at all no matter what they do, the worst that can happen is she'll go insane, chances are that she'll just get bored, though, and your friendship with the anon will probably ward the bullying away so you really won't have to do anything.

Also, a word of warning, if you do become friends with anon and she starts to show affection or becomes a little clingy, do not hastily mistake it for love, such a misjudgment could destroy your friendship and that would end up hurting her a lot in the long run if it turns out that she had no such intentions

Better advice than what I had, Thanks.

"I'm sorry but I don't want to date a sadistic bimbo who most likely thinks that it's cool to insult someone, you forgetin' whore." Say this to that bitch. Or something less incredibly rude.

And you should totally ask out that girl who plays violin.
This

i don't know. i don't know much about dating, but i do know this. women love shoes. buy the one who makes music shoes and make the other one jealous then point out her flaws and make her feel terrible about the things she said or just ignore her until she gets bored and goes home or something.

i really doubt she'd appreciate any sort of confrontation between you and the bully
she doesn't want to think about the bully

just be nice to her, you don't need her to know it's because you saw her being bullied, that makes it less meaningful tbh. just ask her out on a date or something that you'd normally do. don't treat her special, that's not what she wants.

buy the one who makes music shoes and make the other one jealous then point out
Whatever you do, don't walk up to her with a pair of shoes and present them to her, it would be the most awkward situation in your life, ever.

Just makes friends with anon and then the other girl will probably leave her alone.

you really couldnt have picked a better fake name then "anon"?

OP, hit her up on valentine's day

you really couldnt have picked a better fake name then "anon"?
Can we call her Steve?

Isn't it obvious?
The girl who bashes on annon obviously likes you and because of this, would prolly listen to what you say and think. If you just tell her to stop being a bitch to annon she would more than likely follow your lead. She may not like you as much but atleast it may lessen the abuse on annon.

Go for Anon
Politely tell other girl to forget off
??????
Profit?

Ride in on your white stallion and slay the evil doers.

Bonus points if she can play it like a fiddle, I love a good Irish jig

I read that in an Irish accent without even knowing it had anything to do with Irish jigs at all until I read the whole thing.

Wow what a coincidence.

EDIT:

But yeah I wouldn't enjoy dating someone who goes around bitching at others.
kill her.
