and no, there is no magical program that reads your mind and deletes the add-ons you don't want, you have to do some work

You're literally asking for something to delete something that YOU as in YOUR opinion don't want.

either go through and delete what you don't want or go through and take out what you do want, delete the rest of the folder, and then put what you wanted to keep back in
