He's not confirmed dead yet. He probably let a decoy burn up in the cabin while he plans his attack for the funeral.

What if he wasn't in the Cabin? What if the police burned down some old man's cabin while he died alive.

They did shoot up 3 innocent people on purpose before finding Dorner.

Dorner looks to nice to do any damage. :( Regardless of the fact that he killed a few people, I kind of feel bad for him. No one deserves to be roasted alive in a dry cabin. What the hell were the swat/police thinking?

You do know the police had the entire cabin surrounded, right? If he even showed himself they would've shot him to death.

i wouldnt say he failed. He super exposed (to those are are still for some reason unaware lol) the police corruption.
and even before he died, they had reopened investigations on things from his manifesto, just based on the big news he was creating.
