Carnival has always been poor with their ratings. The only reason why it's currently the largest cruise industry is just because it is the most well known. First-timers think Carnival is the best just because they see the commercials or notice the whale-tail. I never liked Carnival and always had low expectations for them and that's my opinion not based at all on what happened within recent events. People make mistakes; Businesses make mistakes but I only have a problem when they don't care to fix them.
