Author Topic: Comb, a switchblade comb. School legal?  (Read 12377 times)

What better place than the forums to ask a stupid question. My friend gave me his old switchblade comb, because I'm so cool. Are they school legal considering the fact it's like a real one? Or is it only considered a grooming device? Id' really like to know your thoughts because it's a cool little thing, lol.

I got yelled at, showed them it was a comb, and got off scot-free, so...

My school considers it automatic expulsion.

Just bring a regular comb to school and don't risk trouble, if you care about you hair that much and your morning routine isn't good enough. Schools are paranoid these days

What're you gonna do? Give some Greasers a haircut?

They're school legal but you'll look like a complete tool using one. Mostly because you would be a complete tool for using one in school.

My teacher would take it away even if it was just a regular comb.

Go back to the 50s, you hooligan.

What're you gonna do? Give some Greasers a haircut?
Stay golden,

bring a gun instead so when they ask you to hand the comb over you can distract them with something actually dangerous

Put out that cigarette, ponyboy!

if you do actually want to use it (ignore the others), then bring it and immediately tell the principle and your teachers you have it, it's much better to give them advance warning about this sort of thing.

bring a gun instead so when they ask you to hand the comb over you can distract them with something actually dangerous

Or you could just throw a nuclear reactor at them, so while they're busy figuring out how you threw a nuclear reactor, you can educate yourself

One time I papercrafted a gun in art class that looked so real the teacher thought I had brought an airsoft gun to school.

Then I showed him it was paper and I shot him in the head with it. I went to jail the next day for 1st degree murder.
