My view glassy, is that your desktop is very neat and tidy, but at the same time, well organised.
You've got your desktop shortcuts straight to your hard-drives for ease of access, and obviously have your most commonly used programs pinned to the taskbar.
I'd say an 8/10.
Here is mine as it was previously, when I posted it earlier on in this topic;
Here it is following a bit of a cleaning up.
I have removed the most unused files, particularly those which were default, or game shortcuts to games no longer installed.
And I have moved certain sets of files and things to new locations, where they are in groups that relate to each other.
Top left: Most active/Browsing (Internet, Recycle Bin, iTunes)
Top Middle: Most common games.
Top Right: Most common/important files
Bottom Left: Most common programs.

Reasonably tidy as well. A few folders here and there, but obviously it's mostly your main programs.
