i have this app that is titled "signal speed", and thats the measurement it gave me.
Why not just call them flash drives? USB Dongle sounds handicapped.

More specifically, they save data on flash-memory, hence the name "Flash-drives".A wireless dongle has no such data storage capabilities

It has memory or it wouldn't be able to store the drives. You just can't access the memory like a normal flash drive. Still a flash drive in a basic sense.
some things are more important than the internet imo.
