fels good man

I have a "gaming mouse"

you will never use any of the extra buttons. ever. not unless you play WoW and even then you have a whole keyboard.

the only useful feature is on the fly sensitivity.

one specifically with a DPI button

No way. The buttons I find way useful, the sensitivity is absolutely awesome for sniping, and gaming mice normally have 4000+ more dpi than normal mice.

the problem here is not that the buttons are useless but that you're not making an effort to utilize the buttons

my mouse has 2 on the side and my keyboard has 12 programmable buttons with 3 modes for 36 potential buttons + the 2 mouse for 38 buttons more than the average person

never have I had to use any of them once

having a hard time seeing where they'd be used
