Such as, when you upload, you select a theme from a drop down menu.
"Pirate
Space
Farm
Futuristic
Modern
Houses
WWII
Misc."
So on and so forth.

Then you can look for certain theme builds on a drop down menu on the home page!

tags would probably be much more practical, since people very rarely do actually stick to one theme. and you can have a tag page that lists them all, how many each were listed, and you can click on one to list the ones tagged by that.
