Windows 8 installation

So when I installed Windows 8, it installed the first part and now it's already reset but now its (I dont know if actually frozen) "frozen" at a blue windows 8 logo and a black background, nothing else. What's wrong?

I don't even see a problem with windows 8.
To me its fine.

I prefer win7 or winXP

and just because no one gave him advice doesn't mean you can go completely off topic.

and pad, i suggest re-installing it. it doesn't seem like anyone else is having this problem, so it might just be a glitch.
