Problem isn't really administration, I mean, all things considered, we all do the best we possibly can. The ammount of free killers there WOULD be vs the ammount there are, is like the difference between a minow and a whale. There are so many people banned for free killing at any given time.
Besides that, most peoples idea of a friendly suggestion tends to be "this build sucks I can shoot through walls wtf is wrong with this fix the damn server or I'll leave."
Just today I was on, and someone gave a suggestion for emitters. Tezuni goes "wow that's actually a pretty decent idea, I'll think about it" did he do it? Not yet, probably not going to, but he's never rude when IM around. I honestly fail to see the Tezuni most people make him out to be.
And before people quote his posts, consider his stance in all of this. He's being selectively targeted over and over, with no new criteria, nor images to back up a story. I could easily drama tezuni and make some modified chat, and make it look totally realistic. If people don't think tez should host, just don't go to his server.
In fact, host a better server. Do something fresh. There's an entire damn sub-forum dedicated to the discussion of blockland and servers. Make a server and advertise it there. It's honestly not that hard.
