Which one of these is faster? I understand they both suck but I haven't had home internet since around Christmas :(

OPTION 1 (ARNOLD):
TEST A - PING: 19ms DOWN: 0.25Mbps UP: 0.37Mbps
TEST B - PING: 23ms DOWN: 0.16Mbps UP: 1.72Mbps

OPTION 2 (NETGEAR):
TEST A - PING: 19ms DOWN: 0.27Mbps UP: 0.92Mbps
TEST B - PING: 25ms DOWN: 0.25Mbps UP: 1.17Mbps
