Encourages building so if one side is doing better than the other, they can set up defenses.

There already is a limit to them going to the opposite base, aswell as capturing any objectives.

Builder mode is deactivated, and you are killable half way between the bases, automatically.

Also, I've had to shut the server down, it wasn't ready to be hosted, major score bug I overlooked.

You can already cover the flag in the normal mode.
