you can try deleting his ship file in the players folder, but that will remove everything on your ship

Go to the right a little, until you reach a small hill, right near the spawn point, to the right of the peak you should see a little cave coming in, and you should see a chest inside with Pulse Jump blueprint, which gives you the tech
