I prefer to be a robot than a humanoid bird, mostly because I think robots are awesome. Ike and his friend are stupid. Not to mention the avians, florans, and glitch are all tied for first. So their logic is still a bit flawed. -40 respect

Seriously. Aliens should not look like identical to Earth Animals. Starbound needs more original aliens.

The argument goes both ways really.
They all shouldn't be humanoid, but it's just for the sake of gameplay and all.

Edit: It's more likely for other sentient life to be robotic like the Glitch rather than organic like us.

Computers think far far faster, and eventually our computers will be smarter than we are. It takes me a couple of seconds to do some simple math like 9 times 7, but a computer doesn't need the short interval of figuring it out. Also, computers don't have emotions and the only people they don't co-operate with is outdated software.
