Almost everyone has problems

Avians frequently murder people in the name of religion
the Hyolots will forget up races to "make them better" and "enlighten them"
The Florans will trick you and then eat you
the Apex has a Orwellian control over their entire species

The only two who dont go and forget people over as a whole are the Humans and the Glitch

Hylotl are just pacifistic hippie losers that go around trying to preach "peace" and getting ignored, I don't think they actively forget up anyone because most of them are too big of a weenie to take any direct action.

Unless you've read some ingame lore book that I haven't in which case I'd like to see it.
