I was going to announce it this morning, but got side tracked playing another game.

We are starting tomorrow afternoon, 3:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (GMT -4). I'll unlock the thread before then, but that is when the 24 hour clock begins for people to post their targets.

I'll PM a copy of the rules, notes, and player nations to all of you, so you have a quick reference guide.

No, re-read the title of that chart. Its the percentage of countries in an alliance damaged. 40% of his 25 countries were damaged, and 70% of your 14 countries were damaged.
