Not really because with the same problem Night Fox had, I'm pretty sure MonsterCat is not a valid first name.
and like I said I'm sure youtube can make adjustments for businesses, and the same for popular uploaders
I am literally just saying the same things over and over again at this point

Repeating a speculation multiple times not not make that speculation any more accurate.

First time I was this I said no and they haven't bothered me since.

They bother me every time

I don't care, really

First time I was this I said no and they haven't bothered me since.
I've gotten it three times.
The first two I had the option of saying no.
And now, a few months from the second instance it won't allow me to.

But you have zero evidence to the contrary, since you're not a popular user on YouTube, and you don't seem to have any info on them.

umm
I'm like 99.9% sure that what I said is rather accurate

There is no "evidence" either way really.
Unless someone here works for youtube and knows exactly what they plan to do.

You are most likely correct about companies being given special privileges. But that doesn't apply to accounts such as Tobuscus or PewDiePie that have a very large amount of subscribers and people that know of them.

Right, but calling him out on not being proven to be accurate is dumb if your side is no more proven to be accurate. Besides, those guys are YouTube partners, right? It would be downright silly not to give them a special privilege.

then I'll give an example where they've done such things in the past
