I'm having some strange issues with connecting to certain programs such as iTunes, Skype, and Steam.
I can get on my browser fine, and my signal strength says "excellent" but when I try to connect to any of those things it says i have no internet connection.
Any one have a solution?

Are you using a laptop or a tower?

And by any chance would your connection be a wifi based card?

Hmmm, does your web browser work when those programs say that they are disconnected?

Yes. It's been going on for the last two days constantly, and I've been able to connect to chrome the entire time.

Have you tried updating your wifi drivers?
Are you far away from the modem?
Did you install something that might be causing this?

Ok, if this doesn't fix it, your card could be taking a stuff on you.

Also try scanning with Malware bytes.

I can't really say I know what that means.
Updated Wifi drivers, and the problem still isn't fixed.
Restarting computer now though.
