A stranger named Salah Kalbi from Morocco found my skype and messaged me wanting my key and said that he can't buy Blockland because they don't accept his currency (dirhams) and can't exchange it for dollars or euros.

So is their a way for Salah to buy Blockland or is he SOL?

He should go on some sort of currency trading site like FOREX or go to the bank and trade in whatever amount of Dirhams equal 20 USD, and boom he will be able to get it.
It's a bit complicated though.
