I would try to believe ghosts are real because of the weird stuff occurring in my house like electronics turning on themselves and loud banging and foot steps. But since I have never actually seen a ghost I can't say for sure

Well God is a disprovable hypothesis, since he is outlined in the Bible. Unlike laser eyes, if the universe is searched and God isn't found, they can't just say he's invisible or that's he's outside of the dimension. However, if you searched the entire universe and found no ghosts, then ghost believers could say that they are outside of the dimension or invisible.
