Feliz (or Fellz), ID: 30669

I was on legopeppers cart race today, when a player named FeLiz joined. He was promptly permanently banned by Lalam, because Feliz assumed Lalam was cheating due to his winnings. Lalam apparently did some searches on his ID, which, according to RTB, does not exsist. His ID also has no ties to a forum account whatsoever. There is virtually nothing pointing to the existence of his ID, yet he was still on Lalam's server, spamming away. His ID is 30669, if anyone has seen him before, or has an explanation, please post here. Also i do not need picture evidence because you can ask anyone on the server at the time of the occurrence as well as Lalam himself.

LegoPepper's server*, causing trouble to no end with his buttpal, ID 28551.  28551 exists, but has a date listed as being last active in 2011.

It proves the ID exists.  That is what we're trying to prove.  Justifying the ban isn't what this is about.  If you had read the topic, you might've figured that before posting.

If he hasn't joined any servers with RTB on them recently, RTB's name checker won't log it. Also, I'm wondering if it might start having other issues because Badspot removed the "IP:" prefix from IP addresses.
