Almost no muscle at all. Can't do one push-up without falling for lack of strength. Rarely exercises. I don't even lift.

no, i don't lift weights or anything.

I can do a bunch of sit ups, and a small (but not tiny) amount of push ups, and a tiny amount of pull ups. But I can't really lift weights.
Yet I have to carry in heavy firewood sometimes, so I might not be as weak as I think. Or it's not as heavy as I think.

Been working a lot of upper-body muscles this year. Massive improvements from what I was like, but that's hardly saying much.


I've been working out 3 days a week for about a month now doing strength training.
