Uhhh, sideways screen?

Well, I was playing Garry's Mod, then suddenly it went black and my screen turned sideways. I mean everything, task bar, windows, everything. Now, anyone know how yo fix this? Is it a key command or something I need to change in the control pannel? I have Windows 7 Home if that's any help.
