They make money off pissing off other people. If I egged your office and you had to clean it up, then I posted a video of it on youtube and got money off it would you be angry?
If you worked in an office the job would not have everyday tasks of "clean the office walls". Cleaning up after an egging is not something you normally have to do, nor are you hired to do. It's not a fair comparison at all. Of course you'd be upset in that scenario.
If you work in a supermarket, then that is a part of your job.
So, if it happens for any reason at all, it's still your job to do it.
You wouldn't get pissed off when someone drops one accidentally, and you wouldn't get pissed off if one is broken when it's put out on the shelves.
And since the workers at the supermarkets didn't seem to be aware that it was on purpose, they wouldn't be upset about it, thinking it was just an accident. If they did, then they probably just hate their job, and if a child had accidentally knocked something over, they'd be equally pissed.
And someone making money off of the expense that I do the normal job I am paid to do, is not a big concern.
It's not condescending to my profession. The joke isn't that someone has to clean it up.
The only truly bad thing (that isn't just being a git, as in throwing milk on the floor) that I can find in the video is the fact that they throw the milks around aimlessly, near to other people and other property of the shop.
I most certainly would not like to be hit by a gallon-container of milk that's just been widly thrown.
