intended for use in large scale battles when you need to make it easier for a teammate to find you and pick you up, though you could also totally use it to designate a strafing run or something. i imagine it'd make a pretty good prop, too, actually.
The model is a cute little paintcan edit. Fits snugly into a Blockhead's hand.
