Remember, drones killing US citizens (who weren't in the US at the time, mind you) isn't exactly common.  The fact that we're still able to report specific cases is (oddly) a good sign.  This isn't to say that it's moral to be killing these people in the first place.

Censorship is not far away?  It's already here, at least in things such as radio and tv.  Worried about the Internet being censored?  Vote against it.

Nothing is getting done?  Quite a bit is getting done, just not the things you would want.  I figure the things you're referring to is fixing the economy.  This isn't exactly easy to do, but I would have to agree that it isn't being handled well at all.  Especially with the looming debt ceiling.

If they can take down websites whenever they please then it's censored.

While the world always has been a difficult place, I do think that in some ways it's getting worse. I mean, I'm an American, and we didn't always have so massive a debt. Honestly, sometime other countries will realize that we're broke and America is going to fall apart.
