Author Topic: Temporary Dissapearance/Car accident  (Read 2859 times)

Because of real life issues and work and class, I won't be checking the forums as often if at all.

(I hope nobody takes this as a cry for attention, i'm posting it so that anyone that still browses the forums knows why i'll be literally disseapearing off the internet for a month or two.)

I recently got into a car accident last night while it was flooding and as I pulled over to answer my dads phone call, my car fell into a steep 1 meter ditch and it was also full of water. If i was going faster than I was at the time, I would have probably gone unconcious and drowned in that ditch.

Incase anyone calls for proof, I took this image while standing on the road and leaning into the drivers seat of my car. (yes australians drive on the right hand side of the car)

(edit: changed image host)
Anyway, thanks for reading this and this is the reason why I won't be lurking/posting for a while.

(tow trucks are very expensive and I need to work two jobs to pay it off)

love is good for letting off stress
Try that

Cause someones going to ask at one point anyways, is the ditch okay?

a few days after christmas, I was driving back home from atlanta, and we were stopping off the interstate to get something to eat. I don't know how it happened (I didn't even know it happened until after I'd parked. it was surprisingly quiet. all I had heard was a car horn), but a car somewhere was hit by the car behind it. but it was really close to me. I wasn't even part of it, and I was really stressed out. it was like right there. both of the cars were driven by a woman who had her kid(s) with her. nobody was hurt tho, and it calmed me down a lot when my mom told me that
I can't imagine how I'd have felt if I had actually been part of the accident
geeze

but you pulled over to talk on the phone, that's good (even if it did cause this). I wouldn't even answer mine if I was driving
I see no picture.
look harder

Cheer yourself up with some little babys ice cream  :cookieMonster:

did you make it out alive? and is the ditch ok?
