We need some good servers.

Hopefully I won't be a dummy and finish the Wario Ware gamemode, which could make for some fun servers if it gets into the right hands.

Maybe Reinforcements will develop his mod to the point where he opens it to the public, which would be great considering it's promising.

You may find some good ones in the other 10 threads that have been made saying the same thing, however, the best way to get more great servers on the list is by making your own. Get a bunch of budies together and brainstorm something you think won't get boring, AND is very original!

The only quality servers I see nowadays are local hosted
as in
NOT DEDICATED

pretty much all the dedicated servers I see nowadays either are as boring as hell, has no players, or just plain sucks

I actually remember Blockland around two years ago where people actually had quality ideas and great game-play in their servers.

I would do a collab project, but I don't think my current ideas are good. I don't know many people on BL either since it's hard to make friends on here with RTB being down.

SOme of us does not have the internet capibilities of hosting a server, or the money for ded's such as RTB, or just personal reasons.
As such, you can never assume that they can "just" host a server

Usually on the weekends I'll spot really GOOD servers here and there.
Most of the time, they aren't on the top list of the servers, they are usually all the way on the bottom of the server list.

It's like a block of crap
it's enormous, the stuff on the top being the crappiest
but if you look down
deep in the center
you can see a few diamonds, the best servers there are, covered in crap.
some are just silvers though, which are slightly less crappy

I sometimes host a star wars ctf that has 6 classes. I am planning to release it as a gamemode but I don't know if it meets the forums quality standard and it's only fun with 8-32 players.
