in your dreams lol

I'm not kidding. The scale in my parent's room has a Bio-Electrical Impedence function, and it measured that.

I barely exercise at all outside of P.E. and I'm not on the healthiest diet, but I'm still skinny as ever. I run quite fast and I'm very nimble. I have no idea how this is possible.

nah you cant be 2-3%, anybody who trains confirm that you're probably within the range of 7-12%, even if you're skinny. that scale is inaccurate unless you punched in all of your digits. do it professionally or it probs wont be accurate enough haha

I'd like to be fit, but unfortunately I enjoy food. I weight about twice as much as I should but I'm still mobile and stuff.

Are you saying that to be slim, you can't enjoy food? If so, that's quite a lie.

Yes, but it also requires menial workouts which get incredibly boring and I seriously cannot regiment myself to exercise.

I eat a decent diet, go to the gym about twice a week, and I tend to run a lot. I'm not the fittest person out there but I'm better off than a lot of people I know.

Lol, I don't exercise at all. The only thing I can say is that I have a relatively decent diet. Maybe when you do eat, try to exert some sort of control? Improve your diet?

It's more of my metabolism and bloodline. My family has a history of diabetes and such. I don't even eat horribly, I normally skip breakfast, eat a light lunch (Water, small bowl of snacks) and a medium dinner (Regular dinner IE chicken, tacos etc and water).

I'm pretty fit for a person who works out like 3 times a month.

I guess by that definition I'm pretty fit. I have a great diet, I exercise often and I'm out and about sometimes.

Pulling back a bow with 40-50lbs pullback weight seems nice and easy, so I'd say I'm fit, even though I don't have a good diet.

I have a body disorder that makes me lose weight much more than gain weight.
So I can eat a Wedding Cake and lose a pound, but if I eat too much I end up gaining.
Strange, huh?
