Ontario, British Columbia, Québec, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are much larger.

Hockey doesn't belong down south anyway. I say bring back teams to Quebec, Hartford, and start expanding. Next thing we know all of the NHlL will be played in Mexico

They really need to get more teams in Canada. I would suggest cities like Quebec, Victoria, Montreal or Toronto (would make some nice rivalries, like Tampa/Florida and Philly/Pittsburgh.)
