Here's my reasoning, Eepos could be this guy: http://forum.returntoblockland.com/list.php?cmd=view&id=40054 He said that the case was closed because Eepos2 was offline at the time of when it was posted, now, this is offline from the forums, he could have logged in with the alt 40054, along with at the same time, Eepos said he was offline, yet, in that same Steam chat, he acted as he knew all of the events that went on in that server and recognized that he was a troll and that was his life style.

It's not under assumption that it is him, I am almost certain it is, Eepos has not only done this kind of thing before, he legitimately recognized that he was a troll and that he thought it was funny, he wouldn't of said this unless he had some kind of link to that ID.
