siba - bans me from his server for no good reason

Ok, some idiot joined the server who I didn't like for DDOS and I started complaing about him DDOSing. Maybe to uhm.. GIVE SIBA a hint? He told me to stop talking about it "because i have no proof". Well I guess it's his server so if he want's to put off what could be a potential DDOS(er) and ruin his server then that's fine with me it's not my server. I then asked him why he cared if I was talking about him DDOSing and he said it was because I was being "an idiot". I asked how I was being an idiot and following that, he banned me for 4320 mins for the reason "acting like an idiot in my server, not complying to an admin".

When I was in the server I asked him "why such a hard ass, what the forget did I do to you". Which I can see why it may have aggravated him, but that was before he started acting like a complete starfish. Mainly this is for the ban reason, "acting like an idiot". The funniest part was, some random person in the server (i think it was "DrunkDriver" says "MHMMM YEAH HERE COMES SOME GOOD rooster", and apparently this was not idiocy,  but me informing him of a potential DDOSer IS. Think he had some random grudge against me for some reason, I don't know. But I see in no way how I was "acting like an idiot", by informing him of someone who has DDOS'ed before. Maybe if he didn't belive in DDOSing it could be considered that, but siba asked him himself "is what he says true, did you DDOS". To which the person did not reply. I see in no way how I was acting like an idiot at all, and defiantly not to the point where getting banned for should be a punishment.

You started back up after killing AI, calling him a server DDOS-er or something, and I requested that you stop doing so.

You retorted with "I prefer not to".

I said "Then you can refer to another server.".

You asked why I cared.

I again told you that you had no proof, and that I considered any ddos argument against AI to be idiocy in my server.

You continued to ask why I cared, I believe I explained myself once, or twice more, you continued.

During this, Drunk Driver had joined and started saying that, well, that; I was focused on you at the moment so I was not enforcing what he said yet.

When you continued, I banned you for three days for not complying with an admin, and acting like an idiot.

Your in the fault here OP. don't go bashing people randomly, especially not without actual proof. If you don't like someone, client-sided mute them and move on. You don't have to cry and beg the host to ban someone because they called you fat.

This is what happened in my perspective.

I told you about a DDOSer

You felt like being an starfish, so you told me to stop merely because I didn't have evidence. (If i have evidence why the hell would I got through my computer to get a screenshot or whatever the forget could be evidence to show someone I barely know, if you don't want to take my word for it that's fine but you don't need to be an starfish)

You said I was being an idiot, which I have no idea how. (and I'd like you to explain)

Then you banned me from your server because you thought I was being an idiot.

I was having fun on your server and I do not see at all how I should be banned for the reason you gave "acting like an idiot", and don't really see what reason you had to ban me at all in general, but it's whatever I guess.

If an admin tells you to quit doing something, and you don't, then don't be shocked when you are kicked from a server they pay for.

It would be different if AI was laughing about how he 'DDoS'd you, but that is not the case here, you were whining about it and were told to stop yet you didn't.

He was talking about how I remarked on AI for DDOSing, NOT about me making this topic. If you read the post he also makes it sound like I asked siba to ban him which is completely false.
