I'm sorry, my setup is about as generic as anyone else on a budget. The 2500K overclocks really well, ASUS makes good boards, the 670 is good for price.

also if an earthquake happens you are getting a major concussion from that computer falling on your head.

wat. I'm living in my squadron's dorms. This is what's in the room.  I get random room inspections and the only place in my room I can have stuff is on this desk. I literally have NO other options.

If it was my desk I'd put all of the DVD/bluray/game cases in the drawers or on the left side of the desk, move the tower so it's in the middle of the top shelf and then put the speakers on either side of it giving you more space to put the keyboard and mouse in a more comfortable location on the desk.
But that's just me, I guess

The speakers are too deep to put up there and the tower is too big to put down here.

Looking at the dimensions there should be more than enough space for the speakers without them falling off, you might get a bit of overhang but if it bothers you that much then use some blu-tack/ducttape to hold them down or something

Don't be like that, I can take a rough stab at the dimensions by looking at the picture and then factoring in the perspective.
Besides, if all else fails you can definitely stop them from falling off with some ducttape, there must be some lying around an air-force base
