Give me an example of good, "old types of EDM". Because when I think of "underground dubstep", or "old dubstep", all I think of is lots of ambiance with a few low quality kicks and very little bass. That, in my books, is bad-quality producing as well as a bad song overall.
Hmm, to your producing standards you judge a dubstep song COMPLETELY by the content. Come on bro! That's stupid, if you want to know, I do listen to some of the new stuff. But not a lot. I mean, benga, skream, and kromestar are okay for me, but I don't like all of the new artists. And some people judge all music standards by how new-or-old the music is. Go listen to some old school, and come back when you've actually found your classic edm taste.
