I hate people who pick on the mentally impaired. It's sick because some of them don't know they are picked on. It's not funny, they didn't ask for it. As a person with a sister with learning disabilities, I think these are disgusting and unfunny. Things like these promote hatred and misconceptions about people with disabilities and I think the fact that this is coming out of 4chan only further proves my point.

I have friends with mentally impaired siblings and they are the loving homies. I hang out with them all the time.
This doesn't mean I can't appreciate a well-structured joke.

Neal is so much funnier than the other one. In the other one the guys just seems like a douchebag. On top of that it's pretty much ripping off the neal story completely. I mean both of them are pretty fake but the first one is a lot funnier.

Most people think /b/ is all that makes up 4chan, so ignore them and listen to me.

4chan is a collection of imageboards for various topics (anime, video games, technology, etc).  If someone wants to make a thread, they post a picture and give it a message.

That's really all there is to it.
