Author Topic: Erinn 1422 A.D. - Red has awoken from his presumed eternal slumber...  (Read 24445 times)

The mountain below the temple of the Monks of Xeo lets out a loud groan, audible for miles.

I beg to differ.
A massacre of Dwarf music. If memory serves the old cartoon hobbit one was better.

The Avalonian dwarves begin to mine into Mt. Av, a large snow capped mountain in Avalonian territory. While stone dwellings inside the mountain are still being carved out, the dwarf hordes are camping out on the slopes in tents. Mt. Av will eventually serve as the capitol of the Avalonian dwarves. The capitol will be named Av, after the mountain.

Av 4%. Good stores of iron found in the foothills will speed things up.

The clouds begin to spin far out in several unclaimed lands, the spirals appear to suck themselves inwards towards the sky before a red glow emits. Then, slowly these spirals begin to spit out what appear to be hundreds to possibly thousands of humanoid figures which quickly begin to rush into the wilderness, after several days of these spirals appearing the storm slowly begins to pass by...

New races, yay.

Crossbowmen at the walls see the storm, and report to the king. The conversation was recorded by the King's aide.

King: So, you're telling me there was a huge storm and humans fell out of it?
Crossbow Leader: Yes, it's true your highness! Humans fell out of the red storm and ran to the wilds.
King: This does not seem like true happenings, but you have never lied to me before captain. Put all men on the walls at alert for these humanoids. If you're lying to me captain, you will die for treason.
Crossbow Leader: Yes sir.

*The crossbow leader runs out of the king's room and starts yelling to captain's and crossbowmen, telling them to go on alert. The king sits on his throne and thinks if these humans could be hostile, or other-worldly.*

The ground shakes almost all over Erinn, as Golems rise from the earth.  Every known Golem, and then some, as awoken, all seem to be fighting off the humanoid creatures, including even Terra, and on his back, the Palace of the Monks of Xeo.

Crossbowmen see the golems and do not know what to do. They were warned to look out for humanoid figures, not loving golems! Crossbowmen raise their crossbows and shoot the humanoid figures, following orders.

The firebenders are sent to these humanoids to claim them as slaves and to kill the resisting.

The Constability of Seros welcomes the new races in which would reason rather than attack them into their lands.

In the unclaimed lands of the island between Constability of Seroes and the Divine Right of Crispia, the ground begins to shake uncontrollably for hundreds of miles, as the Iria volcano begins to erupt, spewing chunks of volcanic rock over an extremely large radius.

The chunks crash into multiple outposts, villages, and one hits into one of the few popular cities, the CoS prepare themselves to possibly defend off any attacks from the DRC under these new circumstances.

A man whom claims for himself to be a 'Demonoligist' identifies one of the races in which had fell from the sky to be a Baneling, these creatures are recognized as servants of Bane and his Dreadrealm, they are one of the most human like creatures in the Dreadrealm and are almost always willing to reason. Unless ordered by Bane to simply kill in which they go into a bloodlust mode in which their normal state changes into the Berserker State in which they simply kill without thinking or memory of their kills. Only bane has the power to stop this mode so he says, he says there may be another way but there is no known other ones. The man also claims to be researching into the other races as we speak.

The dwarves as a whole do their best to ignore these strange peoples, if there is conflict the dwarves kill and if there is peace they remain neutral or mildly friendly. Nonetheless, dwarves begin to carry short swords and daggers on them.

Work continues on Av. 10%.

Several days pass as Iria continues to erupt.  Eventually, it stops, and a large, red arm shaped object is thrust from the crater.  The large, mythical Golem known as Lume climbs out of the volcano, and begins to head Southwest, toward the Constability of Seroes, setting any forest or creature in his path aflame, the volcano, in pieces, lava spews out of it constantly.
