Well uhh
I enjoy TBS because they show a few sitcoms that I enjoy, namely Fresh Prince, and they have some neat movies to watch too. They also have, or I think "had" now, Whose Line is it Anyway?
In fact I enjoy watching classic sitcoms, I normally would watch "The Cosby Show", "Family Matters" (Nick I think), and Fresh Prince (10/11AM TBS, 12PM ABC Family and sometimes TBS)
ABC Family has a few heartwarming classics like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Comedy Central will occasionally show funny movies like Beverly Hills Cop, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and I enjoy watching Stewart and Colbert.
Cartoon Network and Nick will sometimes show old episodes of shows so that's neat I suppose
Science Channel and Discovery Channel have great stuff, like Mythbusters, An Idiot Abroad, and How the Universe Works/Through the Wormhole.
If you don't have interest in any of these try out Netflix and experiment.

Animal Planet is the one thing I said in my previous thread about how most TV stuff was stuffty now was only good.
